iv been making progress and i still feel this constant anxiety that rlly fucked up my work and productiveness, dk what to do its a mental issue, id accomplish 2x more by now if i didnt have this

im gonna hop on meds soon to counter it, mood stabilitizers or to calm my mind fuck anythinfg
