alot of Turkish doctors do this surgery on foids and they go from NCT to PCT. you’d probably need an orbital rim implant after getting this so the results don’t fade and might end up looking like a twink if you’re not careful but better than rotting over fucking NCT . With the right base and eyebrows some of yall can get hunter eyes from this maybe

I think long pfl comes with vertically tall eyeball which ruin the width to height ratio of the eye, making them look roundish.

To be more precise, I should have said, a horizontally long eye > the rest
