Is it seen as higher value when you have your own apartment to rent out, rather than sharing with multiple other people?
For me i’d be spending £650-£700/ month on a decent 1 bedroom apartment in the city i’m in.
Probs will be a lot more sustainable long term, than sharing with other random ppl.
What’s your thoughts

Yeah true, living with 5 others atm and they’re doing my head in, all ethnics so they are always loud anyways so better off to be living alone even if it costs more
