anyone know how to lift hair colour as i’d like to do for brows to make them slightly lighter

I know there is hair darkening shampoo so I assume there is shampoo lightening shampoo

Bleach for hair but don’t leave it on too long

problem with bleach is that is does not make it dark brown, it makes it kinda red brown

Yes then you tone them with blue toner
