Deadlift :200 kgx1
Squat : 140 Kg X3 ATG pause

Idk but I could bench 250lbx6 last time I checked dont know about squat or deadlift but i can do pistol squats

How long have you been working out?
these are my old numbers. i haven't worked out since high school tbh. i'm a sophomore in college now. i trained sporadically so i don't have the exact time it took me. but I think around 6 months. i focused on squat the most

Everything pretty much uses arms in a way so its good that you have good arm genetics.

it is not that good because i am 240lbs+ but i dont train weights
You dont train and still bench more than your body weight for reps. Even if you are heavyset thats still respectable.

solid deadlift and squat, what's up with that bench?
just wouldn't go up. it just wouldn't. i've been doing backpack pushups during the quarantine. i am progressing. adding a 1 liter water bottle every other session. when my backpack can't hold it anymore i trade it for object.

so i think something is off with my form. my shoulders are uneven so that could be a problem. when i go back to the gym i will try using dumbells this time

bench is my favorite lift tbh, was a key factor in building up my chest

check out some videos on youtube, tons of tips on form and everything else on there

Bench is my favorite too. I've always had super good strength genetics.

Other lifts are lacking but deadlift is respectable imo
My weight is very low and because in my current gym the bench press is always being used by idiots i can't really use it too often, but I like to use more dumbbells for chest. My squat used to be higher, but since quarantine it went down.

I don't quite remember if I explained it the other day, but my overall structure is just thin and I have hard time gaining strength and muscle.

Creatine monohydrate and chicken breast and red meats are your friend.

Creatine monohydrate is good for steady gain. It makes your pumps look way better too.
