just wouldn't go up. it just wouldn't. i've been doing backpack pushups during the quarantine. i am progressing. adding a 1 liter water bottle every other session. when my backpack can't hold it anymore i trade it for object.solid deadlift and squat, what's up with that bench?

so i think something is off with my form. my shoulders are uneven so that could be a problem. when i go back to the gym i will try using dumbells this time

My weight is very low and because in my current gym the bench press is always being used by idiots i can't really use it too often, but I like to use more dumbbells for chest. My squat used to be higher, but since quarantine it went down.Other lifts are lacking but deadlift is respectable imo
