I did 59kg for 9 reps on bench press. I cant put more than 59kg on by bar becouse of the plates i have in home. My 1rm should be around 76kg. Im very happy with that but ik that its not a good resoult. Im 89kg so strenght to weight is still shit but at least im making progress. Goal for next month is to hit 12 reps on the same weight and then add cardio and lose the fat. My genetics is not the best but i am happy that at least im stronger than i used to be.
