I did 59kg for 9 reps on bench press. I cant put more than 59kg on by bar becouse of the plates i have in home. My 1rm should be around 76kg. Im very happy with that but ik that its not a good resoult. Im 89kg so strenght to weight is still shit but at least im making progress. Goal for next month is to hit 12 reps on the same weight and then add cardio and lose the fat. My genetics is not the best but i am happy that at least im stronger than i used to be.

its poitnless to inject unless u have good enough genetics to make a living from ur physique. Also my acne would get even worst with gear.

in a fight, raw size does matter way more than strenght. I rather be bigger and bench less than smaller guy who bench more

Also i wrestled my friend who was 20kg heavier and taller and benched same as you and have a video of it where i won so keep coping pietrocuck

My wingspan is 5 inches greater than my height. My favorite lift is the conventional deadlift.

With that said, bodyweight bench for reps is still extremely easy.

could u bench ur bodyweight at first time u hit the gym?

Pull ups mog
depends, doing both is ideal but i dont have a pull up bar. My back is my best body part so i dont really think about it

No. I remember when I started out, it took me a month just to get to a 135lb (61.2kg) for 1RM Bench. I was very skinny and weighed 135-140lbs.

Now over 3 years later, my best Bench is 305lb (138.4kg) for a 1RM and it isn't even my best lift lol. I weigh around 165lbs now.

ok, i couldnt bench 60kg before i started lifting. I actually did that in my school pe class, since we used bench of judo gym. Now doing 59 for 9 reps is for me a huge progress in 6 months
