So I just started the basketball season and I fucking hate our coach so fuking much he makes us run constantly. I am sore 24/7 and I tried to keep up my gym regime, but it feels like a recipe for injury. What should i do bc i can’t just stop lifting or i’ll lose all my gains, rn i’m thinking abt adding bpc 157 into my pinning routine. and no im not being a pussy he is like an irl coach carter but i can’t quit bc bball is good for college resume and being on a varsity sport is aura
