Lighting emphasizes my infra recession + Questions

A few days back I heard a nice song and decided to do whatever autistic shit this is, but noticed that the lighting I was in emphasized my infras.

Based off my experience here, fat grafting seems like the best option for this? as I'm not aware of any other major alternatives.

Along with this I wanted to know if zygo implants were a good idea or not, I haven't given much thought into it but somebody pointed out that my angularity could be considered somewhat of a failo.

Any other recommendations would be highly appreciated aswell. If you need more videos I can get more but this specific one highlighted the main issue I was having.

it depends on what fat grafting you want to do and where furthermore with zygo implants there's such high risk for infections if it wasn't for the infections I would get them done but due the pain hassle and ur zygos don't seem like it's worth the hassle

unlike implants, some of the transferred fat may be reabsorbed by the body, which can lead to a partial loss of volume.

results can be long-lasting but sometimes a touch-up is needed.
