Liked the Long Hair but it was Starting to Look a Little Unkempt so I got it Cleaned up, Think I made the Right Move?

Pretty much just the title. Liked the hair long but it was starting to look a little unkempt so I decided to get it cleaned up while keeping it long. I think it actually made a fair difference, what do you guys think?

I've got a decent hairline and thickness and my ears are pretty big so I think my hair sways my appearance more than most.

Now that you mention it the difference isn’t really huge in pictures but it’s still decently noticeable, especially irl. It was covering my eyebrows most of the time which is bad cuz those are kinda the best part of my face besides my b tier chin.
