Yes, Asians, Europeans and people from the Middle East (West Asia) all share a genetic continuity that isn't found in other people. India has a similar component of West Asian mountain people in the north which mog while the south is filled with small darker people who are agriculturalists.

But South Asian ancestry is not very related to East or West Asians or Europeans. They're completely their own thing
