How many cm can the surgeon move forward your maxilla and mandible during the DJS? I've read here from a lot of people that most of the times you need over 10 cm for your jaws to be pulled forward to see a significant difference.. but isnt there a limitation.. and if you talk to your surgeon and you decide you want 11cm forward how do you know its not going to fuck up your muscles and shit?

Maybe you wanted to write mm (millimitres) ?

Yes, 10 mm is quite a distance...
