So I, who has a narrow mouth, have printed the existing version of the mouth widening appliances on forum (credits to @RecessedPrettyboy) 2 times and both were failed attempts since they didn't fit my mouth even though i measured. I broke the first one in half and i would put them together...

im gonna try yours but the 3d printing shop has a huge wait so I wanna start with this one any way you think I can make it wider like cutting it and then gluing it back?

no you would need to add something in between to make it wider
cutting and reassambling only helps with ones that are too wide for your mouth

it will be hard as fuck to find something that could hold both two pieces together at such pressure

It shouldnt be difficult, I'd cut the wider piece and then use something to elongate the width, then either glue it or heat it so it binds back. As for the material you could use a little plastic rod if you want to heat seal it. Just make sure it isnt too wide to fit.
