No I mean you got Botox in the inferior lip , you know if could just be an overactive muscle .
When I smile it doesn’t go inward so there’s not really an issue for me but in my rest face the volume goes down a bit because it inverts .
I’m getting an upper lip flip and thinking about getting a lower lip flip but for a little more volume in my lips .
And no in my case it’s not related to my bite , I’m class 2 slight overbite not even noticeable
