i think my midface is in ideal ratio somehow my midface is long, the fwhr is 1.7-1.8 should i get lip lift?

The nose is morphed tho i have booked rhino next year

Why would you need trimax you have good chin projection you need mandibular advancement imo mabye go for orthodontics and get a herbst device or doming

No cause then your philphrum would be non existent you need to improve you chin so your philphrum is mabye 3 cm and your ch in is 6cm currently you need to improve your chin to lime 8cm
these measurments seem of but you get the jist

2.5:1 but isnt a flaw beyond that till about 3.3:1 imo

this and then after mabye you could get some sort of implant/filler but then again i dont recommend that cause it could fuck up your ratios.
Its not a failo you should worry about imo

Sadly ur philtrum is ideal it’s ur nose length which is unchangable
