Why would you need trimax you have good chin projection you need mandibular advancement imo mabye go for orthodontics and get a herbst device or doming

No cause then your philphrum would be non existent you need to improve you chin so your philphrum is mabye 3 cm and your ch in is 6cm currently you need to improve your chin to lime 8cm
these measurments seem of but you get the jist

this and then after mabye you could get some sort of implant/filler but then again i dont recommend that cause it could fuck up your ratios.
Its not a failo you should worry about imo

my philtrum is 2:1 i think i can get upper lip lift anyway the philtrum will be 2.3-2.5:1
