While researching ways to fix my subhuman philtrum I saw a video of a surgeon explaining how he performs lip lifts on guys to shorten the philthrum without feminizing the lips. basically he does a lip reduction and then performs the lip lift. The end result is shorter philtrum without looking like a faggot. Here is the video:

You don't really need that if you get a 3-4mm lip lift, also most philtrumcels have a small upperlip
