It'll be better then having a long philitrum, but it'll look a bit off mostly since your lips are already unbalanced. You'll just be skewing it more to that direction. Since it will add some volume/size to the upper lip. I'd just deal with it by getting some filler injected only into the lower.

Most the issues with filler and lips are from over injecting the top lip anyways.

Yes, long philtrums are absolutely horrid. People will absolutely notice, but not even know what they are noticing. Just go look at any woman who got a shitload of plastic surgery but forgot about the lip lift. They all look like dog shit.
