I will absolutely do this consistently every day if that’s what it takes but how long should I do it, 30 mins? It’s just hooking ur thumbs in the corners of ur mouth and spreading ur lips as wide as possible correct?

Also is there any diy mouth widening device yall know of cause that would prob be more convenient
