I'm planning on using aqualyx to try and kill some of the fat near my lips, my goal isn't to reduce the size of my lips since they're honestly small, but I'll write you if the result of using aqualyx is smaller lips (although that would be pretty horrible for me)

apart from that, lose weight & get lean, your goal here is to eliminate the fat around or in your lips, so figure out how to eliminate fat
