took a video of me todsy playing guitar and was horrified to see my mouth open so much, how do i make sure i have a lip seal 24/7? at night youre suppose to tape your mouth what about during the day? is 'lip seal' just closing your mouth or is there something more to it? do you have to pout your lips?

Is your chin recessed? If so that could be the reason
