Lip stretching (and volufiline?)made my narrow ah lips wider, thoughts?

I don't have a big nose btw, just really bad lips. I'm also gonna expand my palate so that's gonna hopefully help, but I've been stretching my lips 2x a day for a little over a month, this is the progress so far

Btw, I only stretched first 3 weeks, the next almost 2 weeks I didn't do anything, was curious if they would get narrow again

Using fingers and for 2 minutes twice with a1 minute rest, also it can hurt a lot if your lips are dry, in that case use like the lip moisturizing think that looks like a lipstick, apply it also after the streching

Where did you apply the volufline at? I started doing this recently and I was applying it directly to the corners only because my lip already has alot of volume by itself so Idk if i should had put it all over.

lol @GenZ u think stretching ur lips is gonna fix a narrow vermillion border? prolly just made it look worse tbh. volufiline might add slight fullness but it's not gonna reshape ur whole mouth structure. u need actual procedures if ur that bothered.

lol @GenZ u think stretching ur lips is gonna fix a narrow vermillion border? prolly just made it look worse tbh. volufiline might add slight fullness but it's not gonna reshape ur whole mouth structure. u need actual procedures if ur that bothered.

Honestly also marpe so u can extend ur palate and ur smile would also

Also use those limp plumbers like the foids do so u can get it looks better

lips is just a side effect of the underlying problem which is a recessed maxilla. fix that first.

Partially true but even with a good maxilla as a child I had very narrow lips, barely wider then my nose
