From what I've seen, there's mouth widening surgery but I wouldn't even know how you would make your mouth/lips bigger without surgery. I'm skeptical about this though, and would be more skeptical at people who say that you can fix this without surgery.

narrow mouth is caused by a narrow upper palate, (maxilla), so i'd focus on getting that sorted out first. not really any non-surgical solutions
