Lip Widening at home

but i heard bojack talk about lip widening while in a call.
Using a toothbrush, cause microtears in the edges of ur lips every other day and do it till u reach ur desired width.
Would this method work or just cause scar tissue which would rape u in return by making the lips smaller?
Is the original thread mentioned good or are there better methods?
so is stretching superior or microtears?
kinda stupid thread but was curious.

Any sort of stretching may just exacerbate folds in the lower third.

Many anecdotes that any sort of palatal expansion has led to wider lips.
Brushing your lips* with a toothbrush will do nothing (other than temporary gains through swelling).
Get surgery if all else fails. No great alternative other than to stay hydrated and maintain healthy skin. Any procedure that adds volume may help minimally.

brushing lips gives me the ideal ratio so im js looking for *some minimal gains.
original op of thread has gotten insane results 4.5 to 6 cm
u think stretching can rly work to that degree?
isnt a severe enough issue to require surgery js a small fix to improve overall ratios

i am low bf but ofc not where i wanna be. still going for the 8-10% goal. i just noticed my lips are not perfectly ideal. and i js need some changes to make it ideal. its js for my autist brain to be happy tho tbh.
