Lip widening

My lips are not wide enough (horizontally) and not wide enough comapred to the width of my nose. I'm not sure to why this is because when i measured multiple times my pallete was 4.0 cm every time. I also have a 8 tooth smile. My lips are about 4.3-4.5 cm in width and I'm not sure how to scale the correct size for the lip widening device. help would be greatly appreciated

Not really, they do work but it's temporary but the main point is that it stays whole day.

Think it like a daily routine which you should do every day to maintain a gain, same goes for skincare, fillers, muscles etc.

Does your palate taper towards the front heavily? I.E the curve is steep not shallow

Just read the forum, most of it is surgery but theres some other things
