Lipolab vs Aqualyx for long term face fat

I dont want to absolutely destory by fat cells with phosphatidylcholine like lipolab, so i decided i wanted to use aqualyx instead which only contains sodium deoxycholate, but however I cant seem to source aqualyx, only lipolab.

i might just end up uisng lipolab, but how bad is for aging, like will it make me age extremely weirld if i use phosphatidylcholine
