there's a fat pad there, and the bulbier your nose the bigger it is, but it's hard to get the injection right.

Nvm i think its like that mostly because of my reccesed maxilla

it depends, if the bulbosity is casued by fat in theory it could be corrected by the lipolysis agent if it works for the tip

Can i use that for reducing far on other areas, like reducing buccal fat not entirely killing the fat pads there

probably, there are some threads about it:

These are my before after Lipolab injection I’ve done 1 round of one injection of .2ml and a second round of 3x0.2ml 3 week ago so it’s not even the final result The picture with the blue shirt are the before I have the same body fat on the different pictures
