Lips: Impossible to surgically alter catering to a natural look?

One thing I want to avoid with surgery is looking like one of these uncanny, gay homosexuals who has clearly gotten a lot of surgery done

A common thing I notice is the lips, it must be filler or something but it always looks so fucking dogshit, is it impossible to truly fix bad lips? Turning a thin upper lip to full one for example

A common procedure to make the upper lip appear more full is a botox lip flip. You’re not injecting anything into the lip specifically but just above it. It works by relaxing the muscles to reveal more of your upper lip that was tucked away

the problem with fillers is that you pay one ampoule. and for good results you don´t need a whole ampoule. but since you pay the whole people don´t want to waste the money and inject everything and then you look like a faggot
