Do you guys know how to make upper lip fuller besides surgery? Mike Mew made video which he said that proper swallowing can help but i'm worried thats cope.

Lower teeth are few mm backward. But i have big gap beetween my chin and lip. Lower lip is ok but i have no upper one. There's a thread with pictures in ratings
