It is pure d-amph in slow-release form basically, maybe you like it better but I wouldn't say it "mogs". 70 mg Vyvanse is the max prescribed dose and that is equivalent to around 20 mg dextroamphetamine circa once released inside your body. Many take 60 mg Adderall daily for ex in many ways that is 3x the dose, to those people Vyvanse might feel like a weak inferior pussy drug in comparison.

Anyway IR form of dextroamphetamine also exists, I used to be prescribed 70 mg Vyvanse(Elvanse in Europe) plus 15-20 mg IR dextroamphetamine daily. Yeah it can be pretty good stuff, I take methylphenidate now but not because I find it more effective, dextroamphetamine makes my allergies to chemicals much stronger and makes my skin dry and flakey around my mouth as fuck in cold seasons. Else I would have preferred it.

I took a 20mg addy and I used to have 70mg elvanse but now I got the 60mg ones not that much difference

Right, well yeah just beware doctors that are dumb that think 70 mg Vyvanse is equivalent to or higher in dosage to shit like 40-60 mg Adderall. Plenty of dumbasses like that, some get switched from such dosages and tell their doctor it sucks comparably and the doctor doesn't believe them.. because the doctor is a dumbass lol.
