does literal pelvic tilt cause asymmetry in the face? Ive noticed my shoulder is tilted down but the other isnt and my face is pretty asymmetrical.

Thats a compliment, thank youyour avi pisses me off everytime i see it i fucking hate it
Because its a growth pattern more than anything and we all now bones cant be changedwhat does that mean how can I not change it/correct it
Its just a bad posture I always used to look at my phone on the side with my elbow on the bedBecause its a growth pattern more than anything and we all now bones cant be changed
Depends on severity, but if you have assymetrical face then its bonesIts just a bad posture I always used to look at my phone on the side with my elbow on the bed
I can send a video of my face using the inverted filter if you wantDepends on severity, but if you have assymetrical face then its bones
Yea, i mean it was you yourself who said you have assymetrical face.I can send a video of my face using the inverted filter if you want
It doesn't cause a facial asymmetry, it makes it look like you have one. My personal asymmetry came from an imbalance in my rotator cuff and my scapular retractors, so one of my shoulders was higher than the other, which in turn made my head tilt slightly and make it look like i had an "asymmetry".does literal pelvic tilt cause asymmetry in the face? Given that you also noticed an asymmetry in pelvic tilt, it could be that your issue isn't your shoulders, but the pelvic tilt asymmetry itself that in turn affects everything above.
Honestly I DONT KNOW how you'd truly solve this issue because I've never dealt with it personally, but the first thing that comes to mind is probably working on your hip abduction/adduction and external/internal rotation as needed depending on what's weaker on which side. Working your hip adduction or adduction is easy as hell, you have cables, you have machines, etc.
For external/internal rotation I'd try some exercise like this:

In general, I think the best way to tell is your ears, if you line a horizontal line from the tip of your ear to the other side of your face and the line doesn't roughly align with the other ear, then the asymmetry is likely postural because your head is tilted to one side making it look like everything else is lower/higher than it shouldIm so confused I really dont know whats causing my facial asymmetry
Its like one side of my face is boneless and the other isnt
bet bro Ill try this when Im home Im out right nowIn general, I think the best way to tell is your ears, if you line a horizontal line from the tip of your ear to the other side of your face and the line doesn't roughly align with the other ear, then the asymmetry is likely postural because your head is tilted to one side making it look like everything else is lower/higher than it should
