I'm 14-15 and 159cm (5ft2) and sit around 40 to 43 kilos (88 to 94 lbs) which makes my BMI 16 to 17 which is considered underweight and I look visably underweight I've been intaking tons of carbs and meat, take vitamin gummies and a little bit of fruit and vegetables for a couple months now and the MOST ive been is 45 kilos i mean meat (chicken and cow) enough to feed a grown man 3 times a day I occasionally do a 10 minute workout (no cardio) but that's it I should be gaining weight, I have bowel movements about 2 times a week
