LL recommendations

I finally got hold of an amount of money that will allow me to undergo limb lengthening, and after 1st consultation (European Paley Institute in Poland), I'm seriously considering it. Does anyone know something about their European branch? I've heard exclusively good things about the Miami Institute, and I actually know one person who did their LL in Poland (for health reasons), and they're very satisfied with the results. Would be grateful for any insight on LL as I'm trying to gain 8cm through the surgery (currently at 177cm~5'10).
