LL should be a no brainer for you, just take it seriously and dont slack while recovering

oh and you will need both femurs and tibias so that you can get to 178cm

You don't *have* to do internals for femur, but I agree that it's preferred

Yes you def need to go internal femurs , external femurs are nightmare mode on LL , the worst choice on one of the most painful surgeries , also has more chance to fuck up your femurs

If you have the money height will grant you more SMV , no facial implants / change can match the height gain of 13cm , of course if your body is also proportional so you look healthy with the results

I've done femur LON, it wasn't that bad. The only really con is you get more visible scars, but for me it was worth it due to the massively difference in price point.

LL in turkey is very risky. You can lurk on limb lengthening reddit server. They share a lot of useful info and personal testimonials about specific surgeons.

Unironically,there is this surgeon in India, I forgot his name, but he was trained by paley himself and has a high success rate. Also, cheap, like 20k.

I wouldn't go to Turkey if I was you, and LL is very much preferred in your case
