What height are you? It basically makes you permanently crippled. Forget about sports, working out effectively, etc.

youre the one who has to decide that lmao not indians on the forum

if youre insecure about your height and have the money go for it

elab please
can you seriously not make a full recovery?
Well what do you mean by "full recovery" exactly? Your limbs were not meant to be that long and it makes you unable to do activities because your leverages and everything are messed up. I'm not an expert on LL so I don't know about everything that makes it a bad idea. Will you be able to stand and walk relatively normally after? Yeah. Will you be able to have an actual life where you can run normally and do sports & weightlifting the same way you did before? No.

There is also the chance the operation fails.

ive never really thought about the implications on leverage lmao
but it makes sense yeah

is that still the case if you lengthen the femur as well as the tibula?

anecdotally after even a really big femur lengthening you can still continue most things you were doing before after enough time and work unless youre a professional athlete except for just one thing which is squats. im not too well informed on tibias but for femurs it will effect your squats deepness 100%

lol sorry

alright then i kind of get the insecurity

idk dude decide it for yourself we arent the ones wholl make that decision
I’m not exactly insecure because people around me are much shorter(around 5’6 to 5’11 maybe even 6’) but I just wanted a few more cms without frauding using insoles

im not sure thats an LL problem
all my tallcel friends arent able to squat properly
maybe thats just because they were born with long femurs already relative to their tibias

idk about naturally tall ppl but femur to tibia ratio will be higher than theirs for most ll patients

I was really confused, one of my close friend told me that it’s not a big surgery, he apparently didn’t feel any pain during the surgery(obviously) but after the surgery there was slight pain but that didn’t exist after painkillers and lasted for a year and a half tops, made him literally grow from 5’7 to my height like what the fuck

Well that’s because, I read so many threads which literally say, 6’6 is life, what the fuck, it feels like everyone here is 6 feet (atleast that’s what I see on most posts)

If u keep taking org too seriously you will rip your dick apart while stretching it soon

If you go a good surgeon there is a very low likelyhood of a botch. I would recommend if you live in a 1. world country to pay more and do the surgery in your area, by this you can get weekly updates with the doctor + physiotherapy.

Of course you will maybe lose some balance, but I know someone who gained 5 inches by LL and lives good. But if your main problem is height and you fix it I think running like a fag shouldn’t matter afterwards to you. Just go slow and don’t stress your body in general

Your either way no barefoot 6‘2 or you’re mental. Second of all don’t go to turkey for LL, read my previous post. Pay more but do it in Sweden if possible.

Also if you should be 6‘2 you should put more effort to your face.

It's all about face after 1,80cm, don't listen anyone who says otherwise.

I actually agree with u, face>height but im capped at mid mtn and many people I spoke to on this forum said LL will boost the smv, according to them 6’6 is where life starts at, it’s gotta be bs tho ain’t no way 6’6 is life

Even if you do it; don't go to India, Turkey is a better option if you can't afford Paley.
I’m actually not planning to get LL anymore I don’t it’s worth it to me, I live in Sweden, the average itself is like 5’10, but I don’t see so many tall people here, so I don’t think it’s an issue
