LL is good but very risky. That's why I started doing my heightmaxxig,don't wanna cut my legs in the future.

Spine has vertebral bones+ discs between vertebral bones(interspinal discs).
Each Vertebral bones have a end plate which is cartilaginous on their upper and lower sides, this end plate has the ephisyeal ring which allows for growth to occur.
When we grow older this epiphyseal ring fuses(calcifies) with the Vertebral bone.
Take aromasin/Aromatase inhibtor to prevent fusion.
It mostly fuses from 20-30

I am 16 i was 15 when i was taking hgh and no i didn't take anything else i was new to looksmaxxing i got rated and a guy told me to get on hgh cause i was 5'5-5'6 and i did i didn't know about aromasin or any other extra things to grow taller i just drank a lot of milk 4 cups a day i cooked all my food i didn't eat out i slept without a pillow and i stretched every day

water = makes you taller
proteoglycans =make you taller + works as a sponge which keeps the waterinside the spine and makes you taller permantly instead of temporary

stretching increases water, which happens in space, but you lose proteoglycans because there is no compression from gravity

on earth if we stretch while we sleep, and exercise(hormones and fluid flow), supplements(chondrotin/glucosamine)

it would create a "dynamic loading" by stretching followed by compression and with the helpfull elements of increased nutrients and hormones from exercise adn supplements
