Just watched the whole thing, he makes pretty good points.

he says it ages you but not as much as the sun

he shows studies showing how it ages the dermis where as UV ages the dermis and epidermis

can’t believe I fell for that red light therapy bs lmfao..I bet that shit aged me too cause I was using it for like 20+ mins a day

he’s also not selling some competing product so there isn’t a hidden agenda

he says the reason there’s collagen boost is cause of the damage it’s repairing

Yeah I was using 1180nm, I'm gonna buy a 620 nm lamp for like 150$

Someone tag some experts on this shit

Link study

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18449210/

IRA activates MMP1 which is known for breaking down collagen and aging you.

MMP-1 (matrix metalloproteinase )which is a major enzyme implicated in collagen damage and photo ageing of UV irradiated skin

infared (being 760–1440 nm) Is pretty close to 670mn

What do you have to say about this?

760nm seems close to 670nm but is not. 90nm is huge change. That’s why do red light therapy, not infrared therapy.

red REDUCES MMP1

https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/19768354.2020.1808528 Irradiation of red light (660 nm) has been shown to reduce the expression of MMP-1 and increase the expression of collagen

I bought this red light lamp from alibaba.
It has Red and NIR light with 2 different buttons.
So should i only use the Red light without NIR?

True. Also people with big bones tend to age a lot less.

Bones gives support to keep fat pads in place.

And

Elastic collagen maxxed skin, help keep fat pads in place.

And

Good elastic strong, collagen maxxed, legiments. Keep fatpads in place.

And. Keeping good volume fatpads also helps.

Good luck to all. Trying to keep that with aging.
And I even forgot to mention bone Shrinkage with ageing.

I'm trying to battle it all.
It's brutal.
It needs high effort alot.
It's still a battle that will be lost

he says in the video that the collagen repair is from the damage itself to the skin
That's how dermarolling and the rest of induction therapies work, all proven to inhibit the skin aging process

damage from UV is not the same as damage from red light therapy. Working out "damages" your body.

And infrared isn't red light therapy

For aging bones, have you been considering steroids and/or HGH ?

I'm 28 and still see the Twilight of my Youth not so far ahead in the distance, it's brutal ngl,

now all I can do is do all in to put the brakes on aging, and do anything I can for facial aging too.

Can I ask you what product you purchased ?

I purchased a Red/NIR lamp on Alibaba also, but I cannot switch between the two modes, it's both wavelengths at the same time.

Yeah I have researched it.
I decided not to do it, because:
*1. Hair loss risks. I am battling the Norwood at this moment, and I can keep hair decently but barely. I can't run risk of hairloss more, because of my face shape, hair is life.
*2. It's for life. Once on it, can't stop or one will turn into super soy.
*3 i think my body is doing well decently by itself on these matters, so I aim to postpone as long as possible
