LMHVH METHOD

**What is the LMHFV method?**
LMHFV (Low magnitude High Frequency vibrations) can help mechanically load bones (kindof how LSJL does.) These processes may help in inducing MSC diff to osteoblasts (ratherthan apidocytes, which are fat cells.) This may in turn, help make the process of growingtaller more efficient and faster."Vibration therapy is directed at processes activated by direct mechanical loading [7] (Fig. 1),including the progenitor for osteoblasts, osteocytes, and myocytes, the mesenchymal stemcell (MSC). Vibration directs osteogenic differentiation [11] while restricting MSC adipogeniccommitment [12]. Although little is known regarding effects of vibration on osteocytesembedded in mineralized tissue, vibration of osteocytes in culture decreased expression ofosteoclast-forming RANKL [13], which rises during unloading [14], and increased cellcommunication [15■]. Also, the hematopoietic-derived osteoclast is mechanically responsive[16] and vibration reduced osteoclast formation"(https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4458848/)Additionally, low magnitude signals can target many cell types that are helpful and arerelated to bone remodeling. "Cellular targets of vibration. The physiological effects ofvibration are mediated by individual cellular actions. Low-magnitude mechanical signalstarget many cell types including mesenchymal stem cells, osteoblasts, osteocytes, adipocytes, osteoclasts, myocytes, and neurons."(https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4458848/)"Anabolic effects of low-intensity mechanical signals on bone may be induced indirectly viaextra-skeletal tissues." --> This allows these vibrations to be induced outside of the body, maintaining its effectiveness. The study even showcases that LMHFV is a more attractive alternative to pharmacologicaltreatments for osteoporosis by providing anabolic mechanical signals to mimic exercise inthe bone. (this is present in the conclusion im too lazy to cite it)

**How do I perform the LMHFV method**
Its complicated. However, A group of children with idiopathic scoliosis underwentwhole-body-vibration (low magnitude high frequency) were exposed to 32–37 Hz, 0.3g, for20 minutes per day, 5 days a week and for a year. The group who was treated with this hadsignificant increases in femoral neck bone mass density compared to the group that didn'tundergo treatment. This was referenced in the study

We can however, take those individual numbers into account. For this you'll need:- A quality massage gun that is capable to perform at 32–37 Hz, 0.3gFor specific points to target, im unsure. Possibly use the same ones as LSJL does use. Ifpeople are willing to experiment, try different areas but not too far from the area I pointed to

Heres how to set your massage gun to the correct settings (32-37hz at 0.3g) is what we'lltest. **yes, this was a tutorial made by chatgpt. im not unemployed enough sadly to lookthrough on how to do this.**1. Check the User Manual: Refer to the user manual that came with your massage gun. Itshould provide detailed instructions on how to adjust the settings.2. Power On the Device: Turn on your massage gun by pressing the power button.3. Adjust the Frequency: Most massage guns have adjustable speed settings. Look forbuttons or a dial that allows you to change the speed. The frequency is often measured inRPM (revolutions per minute). To convert Hz to RPM, multiply the Hz value by 60. Forexample, 32 Hz is equivalent to 1920 RPM, and 37 Hz is equivalent to 2220 RPM. Set thespeed to the corresponding RPM value.4. Set the Amplitude: The amplitude (or stroke length) is usually fixed in most massageguns. If your massage gun allows you to adjust the amplitude, refer to the user manual forinstructions. If it doesn't, you may need to choose a different attachment head that providesthe desired amplitude.5. Test the Settings: Once you've adjusted the settings, test the massage gun on a smallarea to ensure it's working as expected.# After further research, heres what I've found...- LMHFV can be done on spinal vertebrae and have positive effects. Such as:- Maintain Disc Hydration, elasticity, and function (via ECM/Collagen Type I production)- Promote BMD and increase vertebral strength- Promote MSC diff- Improvement in posture?- Prevent Osteoporosis/Disc Degen.HOWEVER, overdoing it may have bad effects. Tbh as long as you have the correct settingsyou should be fine. I'd also recommend LMHFV to be done after deadlifting/stretching thespine afterwards. Also, I wont be doing it as I have no idea how to get it to the spineproperly. Personally, I wouldn't do it. But, if you like to take things to the extreme, go for it!- LMHFV should be done in the afternoon/morning.- Makes sense as it allows for LSJL to be done at night- LMHFV is effective with metabolically active cells.is testing with 50 hz right now. You should be doing each part for atleast 10 minutes.
vibration increases tibial cartilage thickness by 21.9% in a 14 day bed rest study, they used2x5 min whole body vibration training/day, maybe using similar parameters for LMFHV wouldwork the same way and since LMFHV is more localised to the joint maybe potentially it mighthave greater results, but I’m not sure weather these results would keep on increasing theinitial post 14 days so I will prolly research more but a possible mechanism by which LMHFVincreases height in adults
