Localized IGF-1 is just IGF-1 that is injected in a distinct area as opposed to secreted naturally. IGF-1 DES has 3 less amino acids which means it bonds to less androgen receptors in the area it is secreted or injected, which means it is more available for the purpose people inject it for, more osteoblasts. It just means a higher return per amount of substance.
