Local igf1-DES injections for frauded zygos and chin

I haven’t really looked into local igf1 injections that much but ive seen lots of people recommend it. most notable people are bojack and arab superman, i know it wont grow bones but what about it growing the muscles in the local area + enlarging the skin

I feel like this would work best on the chin and maybe zygos, local igf-1 injection coupled with bonesmashing could maybe create permanent tissue enlargement in the area? Im thinking about trying it for a couple months to see if it can work to some extent.

first of all why would injecting something with the intention of growing quote on quote "bones" and "frauding"

Doesn’t igf-1 push cell division? From what i understand local igf1 can push cells to divide, increase repair and build tissue. If you put skin under stress with local igf-1 couldn’t it repair and create more tissue than it had before? Im saying by making the skin in that local area larger there might be more projection for example in the chin
