Hey guys! Regarding status, and how you're seen from the outside, both men and women, do you think being managers, vice presidents, and coaches of a team, whether it's basketball or soccer, in a lower league, but where you're ranked in the top five regionally, has any value?

If you think about it, the entire town/region where you live will come to watch their children or friends play, whether they're little ones between 5 and 10 years old or older ones between 15 and 25
