So im like 205lbs rn 5'11 and i bench 250, squat 375, DL 450. I think these are good, but im not sure if I cut weight i will lose progress. I want to look good for summer, any tips how?
just cut if u train and hit ur protein ur not gonna loose that much muscle, if your really concerned about that take some reta and gh for muscle sparing and some test and anavar if ur willing to roid
is it good to hard cut? like ive done it before just eating 1 meal a day but idk i might loose muscle right? do i have any good like facial features that would acc look good if i cut
