lol why should crime decrease if crime is undervalued? Crime is much higher in poor areas like brazil where they mug people for $2. Prison isnt the answer, it would be cheaper to give criminals a basic income of 40k-50k to not commit crime

Undervalued crimes:
-steal circular saw and blades from hardware store
-steal 1-3 bikes a day for passive income
-use circular saw to cut locks at hardware store cabinet and steal drill batteries
-homeless person identity credit fraud
