It’s a strategy that is flawed I agree. I want to incorporate more fasting and more cardio as time goes on. I’m not worried about loose skin tbh it’s a non issue for me I’m losing weight for health not cosmetic reasons in that loose skin can always be removed surgically with little to no scarring.I think you should make food generally more enjoyable than pigging out once in a while
