Everyone here and in the Looksmaxxing space says that after too much LL you will look like "TREX" and that it will then be over.
This thread tackles this cause first of all, LL doesnt change your arm lenght or its position to your waste it just changes your leg lenght.
Furthermore with this thread i will show that not only are long legs ideal but wingspan is also cope.

Luckly for us we dont have to guess anymore cause even back in 2018 a study has been conducted on male proportions and its attractivness to woman.

This is all the figures that were used.
1784025053656

Ttrsdfdsdffssdffd

These are the exact numbers used. LBR is Legs to total body height ratio.
ABR is arms to total body height ratio.
and IR and AR is the lenght of the segment.
The total study found no impact on attractivness based on your wingspan.
1784025015120

ABR is literally a straight line.
The study also showed that it is significantly worse to have a long torso than to have long legs.
The average woman prevered a man that has about a legs to body ratio of 50% or is in the top 30% for leg lenght.
However, even if you go to the top 0,1% of leg to body ratio (+3 sds) you still mog those with a big torso that are -2 standard deviations below the mean.
Truth be told based on the study a top 2% leg lenght or leg to body ratio with a +2sd doesnt seem to impact attractivness that much at all and is preferable to an average or below average leg lenght.

But what do all these ratios mean? You ask?
When you do LL you just increase your leg lenght, since there is no correlation between arm lenght and attractivness, but there is one between leg lenght and body you are literally increasing your attractivness 2 fold.
The study was conducted with all figures beeing equal height.
Now imagine if it was done with different heights:feelshah:

You will be more attractive cause of your new leg lenght and your new height.
Ofc there are limits, do not exceed the 3rd sd on LBR since this seems where you look to leggy for woman.
Lets see a calcuation of how much you can do if you have AVERAGE leg lenghts and LEG to body ratio as a 175cm man claimed in the study.
Now comes the reality. Most short people are short cause of their leg lenght and not cause of their torso or arms.

In real life this will be even more since i for example even after 1 LL still have a Leg to body ratio of 47,7% which is -1sd. (172cm height, 82cm Leg lenght) Even with my double LL i will be at best 51,6% or +1.5sd (184cm height, 95cm leg lenght, far away from the dangerous +3sd but 19cm taller than my baseline (165cm). To be at the top 3rd standard deviation or top 0,1% i would have to lengthen my legs by another 8 cm to 103cm leg lenght at 192cm height.:lul: My arm lenght is 70cm. This puts me at the current with 40% in 4th standard deviation of arm lenght to body after LL. (4th!!!!) Muuh LL will make you look trex when i have still extremly long arms AFTER LL, what a cope. After increasing my height to 184cm (additional 13cm LL if i calculate it with evening height) i have a ABR of 38% which is still above the 3rd standard deviation in arm lenght . I would need to increse my height to 2m or further 16cm LL to have an even average arm to body ratio. After i relasied i am stupid i remasured my wingspan lying on the floor cause i always just measured from thumb to thumb and i actually have a wingspan of 172cm ish.

Now back to the calculation of the average guy.
At 175cm and a LBR of 49,1% your legs will be 85,925cm long and your sitting height and torso with head will be about 89cm.
Lets say you want to become a chad. 3 LLs, 6cm femur, 7cm tibia, 5cm femur. Doable with Pmax but costs around 120-130k € if you can retract the femoral implant.
at 18cm taller your legs will now be 104cm long. At a height of 193cm you will be at a very desired height.
This will put you in the 3rd stadard deviation with 53,8%. If we go back to the study you will be percived worse than you did before for your leg lenght, but still miles better than me currently. Realistically you wont have this average of 49,1% LBR, but even if you do, you wont fall to outside of the norm.
Now lets tackl wingspan. at 175cm and a ABR of 34,9% you should have an arm lenght of 61,9 cm :)lul: compare that to my 70cm chonkers lol.)
After you increase your height to 193cm you will have an ABR of 32,07%. Which is not even the -3rd sd and is roughly bottom 2% of the population. So no you wont get trex arms except if you lengthen more than 20cm or you are a long legged short armed manlet.

Did you read the read?
I literally said it depends on you.
Take your measurments and go from there.
the average guy as i proved can do 18-20cm and dont suffer much attractivness loss from proportions.
I personally think above 20cm is where you become uncanny but there have been guys doing 20cm+ and mogging.

For me as you can see my post LL pic i still have short legs and based on my arms i could do like 30cm+ LL.
Sadly my small frame caps me at 18-19cm LL total which to me is ok.
I might do clavicle lengthening in korea though since its cheap and would be high roi for me

Over if you’re not limb lengthening in 2026
