Long midface: good or bad? Is a short midface good?

Brad Pitt’s midface is short, so one would assume that is the end of discussion. (Could someone morph him?) I always thought Tom Cruise had a compact short midface, but it’s actually long. You can tell in some angles More obvious examples: Paul Newman, Clint Eastwood, Cary Grant, Marlon Brando (I think?), Gandy, Paul Rudd, richard ramirez, Kortajarena, Ashton Kutcher. All look good with horse faces

Slightly longer than compact wide face and tall skull is ideal like Ramirez

Slightly long midface is ideal (cf Chico, Dellisola, Gandy, Ballou..)
Also compact =/= short midface, a long midface can appear compact because of a wide ipd and wide zygos.
Short midface is neotenous and doesn't necessarily look good.
