Promise I’m not a grey my old acc got banned, I’m on a bulk so bear with me lol, I’ve noticed my midface is long but don’t know if it’s bad enough to get surgery. If I do need surgery I was thinking either (BSSO), a bimax would help or a reduction genioplasty but my lower third isn’t too horrible I think lmk,
