My shoulders and neck kind of look like miguel diaz type from cobra Kai season 1 what can i do about it? It isnt as extreme but pretty fucking close and i hate every bit about it. Male 16

cable laterals, 2 sets 5-8 reps 0-1 rir 2x a week
