Long shifts make a grease the groove approach to working out impossible

I work in security (for now at least), and it's common for shifts to be 12 hours, 4 days on, followed by 4 days off

But that means four 12 hour shifts in a row

So if you're an advocate of performing exercises such as pull ups throughout the day, rather than in a "workout" (a more natural, more pleasant, less sedentary approach), it's basically impossible on your work days, especially if u have to commute

I mean, of course, these places could install pull up bars to keep their employees fit, but for some reason they don't

have you ever actually had to do any security work as in fighting people or restraining drunk idiots. every time ive seen a security guard 'working' its some 5'7 ethnic standing at the door way doing nothing

That's basically what security is
Although where I currently work we just search bags and stuff
Only bouncers ever really get physical. Most security are actually told not to and u could get fired
