I work in security (for now at least), and it's common for shifts to be 12 hours, 4 days on, followed by 4 days off
But that means four 12 hour shifts in a row
So if you're an advocate of performing exercises such as pull ups throughout the day, rather than in a "workout" (a more natural, more pleasant, less sedentary approach), it's basically impossible on your work days, especially if u have to commute
I mean, of course, these places could install pull up bars to keep their employees fit, but for some reason they don't
